How do I start a styling session?+
Open the Saya app or widget and tap the microphone to begin talking with your AI stylist. Saya will ask a few questions about your style, venue, and budget, then recommend dresses you can try on virtually.
How does the virtual try-on work?+
Upload a clear, well-lit photo of yourself and pick a dress. Saya generates a realistic preview of you wearing it. Photos are used only to create the preview and are not kept longer than needed for that purpose.
The microphone or voice isn't working.+
Make sure your browser or device has granted microphone permission to Saya, that your volume is up, and that no other app is using the mic. Reloading the page or restarting the app resolves most audio issues.
How do I book an appointment with a boutique?+
When you find a dress you love, ask Saya to book an appointment. Fill in the booking form and the chosen boutique will receive your details and preferred time.
How do I delete my data or photos?+
You can request deletion of your account and any uploaded photos at any time by emailing us at dev@augado.com. Try-on photos are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Is Saya free to use?+
Browsing, chatting with the stylist, and virtual try-on are free for shoppers. Boutiques subscribe to offer Saya on their own catalogue.
