Delete your account

You can delete your Saya account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page applies to the Saya app on iPhone and Android, published by Augado EOOD.

Option 1: delete inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Saya and go to Me > Settings > Delete account. [[TODO: confirm this in-app path]]
  2. Confirm when asked.

Option 2: request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email privacy@saya.aifrom the address you use in Saya, with the subject “Delete my Saya account”. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. [[TODO: decide whether to add a web form in addition to email]]

We will confirm once it is done, and in any case reply within one month.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, onboarding answers and style preferences.
  • Your wedding details and planning data.
  • Photos you uploaded and the try-on images generated from them.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase records for tax and accounting. [[TODO: confirm what is retained and for how long]]

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple or Google account, otherwise it will keep renewing. Steps are on the support page.
